We are happy to welcome Fr. Adam Pantaleo, who has joined the Cathedral parish as our new Associate Priest this week!

Fr. Pantaleo was just ordained to the priesthood in May of this year here at St. Michael’s Cathedral Basilica by Cardinal Collins. This will be his first assignment as a priest since his ordination, and we are looking forward to him beginning his ministry with us.

Originally from Mississauga, Fr. Pantaleo studied chemistry at McMaster University in Hamilton and has a master’s degree from the University of Toronto. As a student, he participated at the Newman Centre and was a Totus Tuus missionary, eventually discovering that he loved ministry even more than chemistry!

Next weekend (July 9th/10th), Fr. Pantaleo will preach at our Sunday Masses for the first time, where he will introduce himself and share more of his story. Please join us for his first homily and welcome him to our parish community!
