RED WEDNESDAY PRAYER SERVICE – NOVEMBER 16, 2022 at 7:00pm
Aid to the Church in Need (ACN Canada) will hold its annual Red Wednesday on November 16, 2022. The goal of the event is to raise awareness and to pray for persecuted Christians, who are the most discriminated against religious group in the world. To mark this important day, the Cathedral will hold a prayer vigil with His Eminence Thomas Cardinal Collins at 7:00 p.m. ACN and the Archdiocese of Toronto invite all to attend. To show our solidarity with Christians who are suffering, the Cathedral will be illuminated with red lights in memory of martyred and suffering Christians.
